Follow the story told by your event-exclusive Special Research and adventure throughout the park, and get ready for your own encounter with Zeraora!

Multiple encounter disclaimer

Trainers will only encounter Zeraora once no matter how many GO Fest 2026 Special Research stories they acquire and complete. If you plan to attend multiple in-person GO Fest 2026 events, the first relevant Special Research story you obtain will award your Zeraora encounter.

Any subsequent GO Fest Special Research you obtain and complete will award you with Zeraora Candy instead of a Zeraora encounter once it is completed.

Mewtwo will return to five-star raids!

Mewtwo, the Genetic Pokémon, is returning to raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen. This powerful Pokémon will be the ultimate addition to any battle-ready Trainer’s Pokédex.
Mewtwo will appear in citywide Raid Battles throughout the course of the event.

Comfey will appear at all three in-person GO Fest events! Normally found in Hawaii, the Posy Picker Pokémon is known for its pleasant aroma. Catch a Comfey to support your battle-tested Pokémon.
Comfey will appear in the wild at in-person GO Fest events and throughout the host cities.

Shiny Blaze Breed Paldean Tauros Debut

Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Chicago attendees will be able to encounter Shiny Blaze Breed Paldean Tauros for the first time in Pokémon GO—if they’re lucky. Each GO Fest will feature a different Paldean Tauros. It can be hard to spot, so be sure to watch out for those sparkles, here are the normal and shiny versions:

Wash Rotom originally made its Pokémon GO debut in 2020, and now lucky Trainers may encounter a Shiny one for the first time at the in-person GO Fest events in 2026.

A special Costume Pikachu will only be available at GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen! Each in-person GO Fest will feature a different version of Costume Pikachu. Copenhagen is a Team Valor themed Pikachu!

Conclude your Park session with a massive multi-thousand Trainer Raid to battle an exclusive Pokémon! A group photo will take place at each climactic Raid to commemorate this exciting moment. You never know who just might make an appearance…

Zones

Four skill-based Zones throughout the host Park for Trainers to explore, complete Research, and become the very best. Trainers will receive a new Timed Research each hour based on which Zone they are in.

• Team Leaders will show off the best parts of their teams in the Recruitment Zone. Trainers can complete Raids, learn more about each Team, and put their PvP skills to the test at the Battle Ground.
• Explore through the Conservatory Zone to encounter a variety of Pokémon species. Pokémon from across your Pokémon GO Pokédex might appear.
• In the Cultivation Zone, you can learn about Pokémon through special event-themed Field Research, special event-themed Eggs and increased incubator effectiveness.
• Team GO Rocket’s Hideout has been discovered! Battle Team GO Rocket and take on Shadow Raids to reclaim Pokémon GO Fest for Candela and Team Valor.

How to Buy Tickets for Pokémon GO Fest Copenhagen 2026

Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen attendees may purchase a ticket for one day of the three-day event. One-day tickets are 200.00 kr (plus applicable taxes and fees) and are available for purchase here. Trainers who purchase a ticket will split their day between exploring Fælledparken and adventuring throughout Copenhagen, enjoying special exclusive event gameplay during both parts of the day.

The experience for both the Fælledparken and throughout Copenhagen are the same—the only difference is the time of day Trainers are at each location.

You can choose to buy tickets for any of the days—June 12 (Friday), June 13 (Saturday), or June 14 (Sunday), available in two time slots

• Morning Park Experience (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET):With this Morning Park Experience ticket, you’ll spend the first part of your day within Fælledparken before venturing into Copenhagen for a second event-exclusive gameplay experience.
• Afternoon Park Experience (2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET):With this Afternoon Park Experience ticket, you’ll spend the first part of your day enjoying event-exclusive gameplay throughout Copenhagen before heading to Fælledparken to finish off your event day.
