Pokémon GO Pass August 2025 & Eggs-Pedition Access
Pokémon GO’s GO Pass August 2025 will be available from Tuesday, August 5 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, September 2 at 10:00 a.m. local time. This month’s GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe offer exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Moltres featuring a special background, XP and Stardust bonuses, and the return of the powerful Lucky Trinket item.
Trainers can earn GO Points by completing Pass Tasks, unlock milestone rewards through ranking up, and access premium items by upgrading to the Deluxe version via the Pokémon GO Web Store.
GO Pass: August Details

Available from Tuesday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, September 2, at 10:00 a.m. local time -
Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: July on Tuesday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m. local time -
You can collect GO Points and rank up to get additional rewards through Tuesday, September 5, at 10:00 a.m. local time -
Additionally, from Saturday, August 30, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, August 31, at 11:59 p.m. local time, there’s no daily limit for how many GO Points you can earn!

GO Pass August 2025 Deluxe
The GO Pass Deluxe, the paid version of the GO Pass, is also available on the Pokémon GO Web Store. Your GO Pass Deluxe purchased via the Pokémon GO Web Store will activate as soon as the GO Pass begins. While progressing through the GO Pass Deluxe, you’ll be able to claim all of the rewards from both the free GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe.

Trainers who upgrade to GO Pass Deluxe: August or GO Pass Deluxe: August + 10 Ranks on the Pokémon GO Web Store will receive 10 Ultra Balls, five Max Revives, one Premium Battle Pass, and five Max Potions as a gift with purchase.
Lucky Trinket
The Lucky Trinket will return as the final reward in Pokémon GO’s GO Pass July 2025. A Lucky Trinket is a one-time-use item that can be used to turn one friend from your Friend List into a Lucky Friend.
The Lucky Trinket will expire on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time, regardless of when you claim it.
What is the Pokémon GO Lucky Trinket?
The Lucky Trinket is a one-time-use item in Pokémon GO August 2025 GO Pass Deluxe. It lets you select one friend to instantly become a Lucky Friend, even if you’re not Best Friends yet. Must be Great Friends to use.

Eggs-pedition Access: August
For US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access bonuses and Timed Research opportunities throughout August. Eggs-pedition Access: August will only be available in the in-game shop until August 10, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

A note on Eggs-spedition Access: August 2025 Timed Research
Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with each Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Trainers will be able to purchase and gift tickets to any of their Pokémon GO friends that they have achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with. Please note that purchases—including those made for other Trainers— are non-refundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Tickets cannot be purchased with PokéCoins.
Web Store Ultra Ticket Box
Starting July 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. PDT, Trainers can purchase the Eggs-pedition Access Ultra Ticket Box via the Pokémon GO Web Store for US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency) to receive Eggs-pedition Access: August tickets plus 100 bonus PokéCoins at no additional cost.
Please note that purchases are non-refundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Tickets cannot be purchased with PokéCoins.
The Eggs-pedition Access Ultra Ticket Box will be available on the web store until August 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
