Pokémon GO Events This Week: February 16 to February 22, 2026
Pokémon GO’s February 16 to February 22 week has us entering the final month of Precious Paths! Celebrate the Lunar New Year, and enjoy in-person GO Tour events in Tainan and Los Angeles.
Plus the weekly rotating Spotlight and Raid Hours, Dynamax Battles and Mega Raids.
Highlights
- Raid Boss Change (February 16): Solgeleo and Mega Sableye return to the raid pool.
- Max Monday (February 16): Dynamax Machop is featured in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Spotlight Hour (February 17): Horsea is featured with 2x candy for transferring Pokémon
- Raid Hour (February 18): Solgeleo is featured in Five-Star Raids from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Lunar New Year 2026 (February 17-21): Increased chance to be Lucky Friends, experience Lucky Trades, increased chance to encounter Shiny Blitzle, Shiny Darumaka, and Shiny Gimmighoul and more
- GO Tour Tainan (February 20-22): Shiny Diancie, Mega Victreebel and Mega Malamar will make their Pokémon GO debut, with Shiny Klefki, Hawlucha and Honedge also making an appearance for the first time.

Max Monday: Dynamax Machop
On Monday, February 16th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Machop will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Machop will continue to appear from February 16 to February 22 in Max Battles.
Spotlight Hour: Horsea
2× Transfer Candy
On Tuesday, February 17th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Munna will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, along with 2× Transfer Candy.
Raid Hour: Solagelo
On Wednesday, February 18th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Solgaleo will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour!

The Lunar New Year event takes place from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM until Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Increased chance to be Lucky Friends, experience Lucky Trades, increased chance to encounter Shiny Blitzle, Shiny Darumaka, and Shiny Gimmighoul and more!
GO Tour Tainan
GO Tour 2026: Tainan takes place from February 20, 2026 to February 22, 2026 across Tainan, Taiwan. Event hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Ticket holders receive exclusive gameplay, spawns, raids, and bonuses. Shiny Diancie will make their Pokémon GO debut, with Shiny Klefki, Hawlucha and Honedge also making an appearance for the first time.
Plus for the first time ever, a new night-time event experience will be available at Pokémon GO Tour, purchasable as an add-on to your main event ticket. Mega Night is a ticketed evening event, taking place after the main daytime Pokémon GO Tour event.
GO Tour Los Angeles
GO Tour 2026: Los Angeles takes place from February 20, 2026 to February 22, 2026 across Los Angeles, California, USA. Event hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Ticket holders receive exclusive gameplay, spawns, raids, and bonuses. Shiny Diancie will make their Pokémon GO debut, with Shiny Klefki, Hawlucha and Honedge also making an appearance for the first time.

Shadow Raids
One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while five-star Shadow Raids will take place on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise noted. Also, Shadow Regigigas will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Precious Paths! You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Regigigas—if you’re lucky!
GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Pokémon GO’s February 2026 GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Origin Forme Giratina, XP and Stardust bonuses, and PokéCoins! Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: February on Tuesday, February 3, at 10:00 a.m.

GO Battle League: Precious Paths begins Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
