Pokémon GO Events This Week (6 October – 12 October 2025)
Pokémon GO’s October 6 to October 12 schedule brings the spooky season month in the Tales of Transformation season! Enjoy the end of the Steel Skyline event, the Harvest Festival, and the final full week of the XP Celebration! Plus weekly Spotlight Hour, daily Raid/ Hours, Dynamax Battles, Mega Raids, GO Battle League Season 24, and Season‑long Tales of Transformation bonuses.
Highlights
- Raid Boss Change (October 7): Normal Forme Deoxys, Defense Forme Deoxys, Mega Sceptile, Mega Blaziken and Mega Swampert return to the raid pool
- Max Monday (October 6): Dynamax Drilbur is featured in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Spotlight Hour (October 7): Ferroseed is featured with a 2x evolution XP
- Raid Hour (October 8): Normal Forme Deoxys and Defense Forme Deoxys are featured in Five-Star Raids from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- XP Celebration (August 25-October 14): Boosted XP for nice, great and excellent throws
- Steel Skyline (September 30-October 7): Duraludon makes their debut in Dynamax Battles and it can be shiny, with steel type Pokémon featuring
- Harvest Festival (October 10-16): Dipplin and Hydrapple debut, boosted shiny odds for Smoliv and Pumpkaboo
Max Monday: Dynamax Drilbur
On Monday, October 6th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Drilbur will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Drilbur will continue to appear from October 6 to October 12 in Max Battles:
Spotlight Hour: Ferroseed
- 2x Evolution XP
On Tuesday, October 7th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Ferroseed will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, along with 2× XP for evolving Pokémon!
Raid Hour: Normal and Defense Deoxys
On Wednesday, October 8th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Normal Forme Deoxys and Defense Forme Deoxys will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour!
Events in Pokémon GO This Week
XP Celebration
With the level cap being increased to level 80 in Pokémon GO, trainers would want to collect massive amounts of XP before the journey beyond level 50 goes live on October 15, 2025. Luckily, you can start doing that right away thanks to the XP Celebration event, which promises huge XP gains and exclusive Timed Research.
Steel Skyline Event
The Steel Skyline event runs from September 30, 2025, to October 7, 2025, and features the debut of Duraludon, and it can be shiny! Plus, enjoy global challenges based on throws, along with steel type Pokémon in the wild, raid and Max Battles.
Harvest Festival
Pokémon GO’s Harvest Festival 2025 event runs from October 10, 2025, to October 16, 2025, and features the debut of Dipplin and Hydrapple, and plus boosted shiny odds for Pumpkaboo and Smoliv!

Five-Star Raids
From September 23rd to October 7th, Dialga will appear in Five-Star Raids.

GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Pokémon GO’s October 2025 GO Pass runs from Tuesday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, November 4 at 10:00 a.m. local time. This month’s GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Terrakion with a Tales of Transformation background, XP and Stardust bonuses, and PokéCoins rewards!
GO Battle League Season 24
GO Battle League Season 24 begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). At launch:
End-of-Season rewards (from the prior season) appear on the Battle screen.
