Pokémon GO Events This Week (13 October – 19 October 2025)
Pokémon GO’s October 6 to October 12 schedule brings the spooky season month in the Tales of Transformation season! Enjoy the release of new levels in Pokémon GO, the end of the Harvest Festival, the Pokémon Legends: Z-A Celebration Event and Mega Rayquaza Raid Day! Plus weekly Spotlight Hour, daily Raid/ Hours, Dynamax Battles, Mega Raids, GO Battle League Season 24, and Season‑long Tales of Transformation bonuses.
Highlights
- Raid Boss Change (October 14): Attack Forme Deoxys, Speed Forme Deoxys, Mega Salamence, and Mega Mawile return to the raid pool
- Max Monday (October 13): Dynamax Bounsweet is featured in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Spotlight Hour (October 14): Petilil is featured with a 2x catch stardust
- Raid Hour (October 15): Attack Forme Deoxys and Speed Forme Deoxys are featured in Five-Star Raids from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Level 80 unlocks (October 15): Trainers will be able to level up to level 80 with brand new requirements. More information to follow.
- XP Celebration (August 25-October 14): Boosted XP for nice, great and excellent throws
- Harvest Festival (October 10-16): Dipplin and Hydrapple debut, boosted shiny odds for Smoliv and Pumpkaboo
- Pokémon Legends: Z-A Celebration Event (October 16-20): Adventure with a Lumiose City First Partner Pokémon, and increased Mega Raids
- Mega Rayquaza Raid Day (October 18): Mega Rayquaza features in Mega Raids 2-5pm
Max Monday: Dynamax Bounsweet
On Monday, October 14th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Bounsweet will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Drilbur will continue to appear from October 13 to October 19 in Max Battles.
Spotlight Hour: Petilil
- 2x Catch Stardust
On Tuesday, October 14th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Petilil will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, along with 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon!
Raid Hour: Attack and Seed Deoxys
On Wednesday, October 15th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Attack Forme Deoxys and Speed Forme Deoxys will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour!
Events in Pokémon GO This Week
XP Celebration
With the level cap being increased to level 80 in Pokémon GO, trainers would want to collect massive amounts of XP before the journey beyond level 50 goes live on October 15, 2025. Luckily, you can start doing that right away thanks to the XP Celebration event, which promises huge XP gains and exclusive Timed Research.
Harvest Festival
Pokémon GO’s Harvest Festival 2025 event runs from October 10, 2025, to October 16, 2025, and features the debut of Dipplin and Hydrapple, and plus boosted shiny odds for Pumpkaboo and Smoliv!
Pokémon Legends: Z-A Celebration Event
To celebrate the release of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Pokémon GO is hosting a special limited-time event from October 16, 2025 to October 20, 2025. Adventure with your new First Partner Pokémon in branching timed research, and enjoy increased Mega Raid frequency!
Mega Rayquaza Raid Day
Mega Rayquaza descends from the skies in Pokémon GO during a special Raid Day event on Saturday, October 18th, 2025. Trainers can look forward to an increased chance to encounter shiny Rayquaza, up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs, and a temporarily increased Remote Raid Pass limit.

From October 7th to October October 14th, Normal Forme Deoxys and Defense Forme Deoxys will appear in Five-Star Raids.

GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Pokémon GO’s October 2025 GO Pass runs from Tuesday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, November 4 at 10:00 a.m. local time. This month’s GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Terrakion with a Tales of Transformation background, XP and Stardust bonuses, and PokéCoins rewards!
GO Battle League Season 24
GO Battle League Season 24 begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). At launch:
End-of-Season rewards (from the prior season) appear on the Battle screen.
