About Pokémon Champions
General icon

Pokémon Champions is the new PvP focused Pokémon battling game where you can participate in exhilarating battles against other players in a turn-based format similar to those seen in the mainline Pokémon video game series. Originally released on April 8, 2026 for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 lineup of consoles, it was announced very early on that Pokémon Champions would be getting mobile ports as well, however, a specific date had not been decided.

Now finally trainers around the world can battle in Pokémon Champions! You can even use your favorites from Pokémon GO and the mainline game series by using the Pokémon Home storage app. Whether you’re already experienced in Pokémon battling or someone like me who is eager to start out for the very first time Pokémon Champions should prove to be a fantastic way to enjoy Pokémon battling on the go!
