Pokémon GO Events This Week: 6-12 April 2026
Pokémon GO’s April 6 to April 12 week has us firmly into the season of Memories in Motion! Tinkatink stars in Community Day, and A Shockingly Good Time draws to a close.
Plus the weekly rotating Raid Hours, Dynamax Battles and Mega Raids.
Highlights
- Raid Boss Change (April 8): Kyogre and Mega Aerodactyl return to the raid pool.
- Max Monday (April 6): Dynamax Trapinch is featured in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Raid Hour (April 1): Kyogre is featured in Five-Star Raids from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- A Shockingly Good Time (March 31 – April 6): Increased chance to encounter shiny Pikachu, Chinchou, Dedenne, Pawmi, and more.
- Tinkatink Community Day (April 11): Tinkatink stars in Community Day with boosted shiny odds & a variety of bonuses
Weekly Pokémon GO Schedule
Max Monday: Dynamax Trapinch
On Monday, April 6th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Trapinch will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Trapinch will continue to appear from April 6 to April 12 in Max Battles.
Raid Hour: Kyogre
On Wednesday, April 8th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Kyogre will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour!

A Shockingly Good Time
Trainers, the A Shockingly Good Time event takes place from March 31 at 10:00 a.m. to April 6, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time. Enjoy an Electric Pokémon extravaganza in the wild, consecutive Spotlight Hours, various GO Pass rewards, and an increased chance to encounter shiny Pikachu, Chinchou, Dedenne, Pawmi, and more.
Tinkatink Community Day
April Community Day of 2026 stars Tinkatink, the Metal Hammer Pokémon! Join the event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time to enjoy 2x catch Candy, increased Tinkatink spawns, and a chance to encounter Shiny Tinkatink.
Evolve Tinkatuff during the event—or up to four hours afterwards—to obtain Tinkaton with the exclusive Charged Attack Gigaton Hammer Steel.

Five-Star Raids
From April 1 to April 7, Regidrago will appear in Five-Star Raids.

Shadow Raids
One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while five-star Shadow Raids will take place on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise noted. Also, Shadow Latios will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Memories in Motion! You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Latios—if you’re lucky!
GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Pokémon GO’s April 2026 GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Entei, XP and Stardust bonuses, and the return of the Lucky Trinket!
Trainers can earn GO Points by completing Pass Tasks, unlock milestone rewards through ranking up, and access premium items by upgrading to the Deluxe version via the Pokémon GO Web Store.
Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: April on Tuesday, April 7, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
GO Battle League Season 26
GO Battle League: Memories in Motion begins Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. PST GMT −8.
At the start of the Season:
End of Season rewards become available on the Battle screen.
Your GO Battle League rank will reset.
The number of wins required to advance from Rank 19 to Rank 20 returns to 20.
All other rank up requirements remain unchanged.

Get ready for Pokémon GO’s Memories in Motion Season! Running from March 3, 2026, to June 2, 2026, this incredible season focuses on new Daily Discovery experiences, shiny evolved Pokémon in the wild, new shiny Shadow Pokémon, boosted shiny odds for hatching eggs and in raid encounters and more!
