Pokémon GO Events This Week: January 26 to February 1, 2026
Pokémon GO’s January 26 to February 1 week has us entering the final month of Precious Paths! Get into the Depths with the debut of Glimmet, and battle Dynamax Ho-Oh in a dedicated Max Battle weekend.
Plus the weekly rotating Spotlight and Raid Hours, Dynamax Battles and Mega Raids.
Highlights
- Raid Boss Change (January 25): Incarnate Tornadus and Mega Ampharos return to the raid pool.
- Max Monday (January 26): Dynamax Roggenrola is featured in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Spotlight Hour (January 27): Foongus is featured with 2x stardust for catching Pokémon
- Raid Hour (January 28): Incarnate Tornadus is featured in Five-Star Raids from 6 PM to 7 PM.
- Into the Depths (January 27-February 1): Glimmet makes their debut, with boosted shiny odds for Diglett and Yungoos
- Dynamax Ho-Oh Max Battle Weekend (January 31-February 1): Dynamax Ho-Oh features all weekend with Power Spots refreshing more frequently
Weekly Pokémon GO Schedule
Max Monday: Dynamax Roggenrola
On Monday, January 26th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Dynamax Roggenrola will appear in Max Battles! Dynamax Beldum will continue to appear from January 26 to February 1 in Max Battles.
Spotlight Hour: Foongus
2x Catch Stardust
On Tuesday, January 27th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Foongus will be the featured Pokémon for Spotlight Hour, along with 2× stardust for catching Pokémon.
Raid Hour: Incarnate Forme Tornadus
On Wednesday, January 28th, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, Incarnate Forme Tornadus will be the featured Pokémon for Raid Hour!

The Into the Depths event takes place from January 27th 10:00am until February 1st 8:00pm local time. Enjoy the debut of the Glimmet family, boosted shiny Diglett and Yungoos chances, and more!
Dynamax Ho-Oh Max Battle Weekend
Dynamax Ho-Oh Max Battle Day takes place from Saturday, January 31, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. local time
During the event, all Power Spots will host Dynamax Battles, and Power Spots will refresh more frequently. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Ho-Oh capable of Dynamaxing.

Five-Star Raids
From January 25 to February 4 Incarnate Forme Tornadus will appear in Five-Star Raids.

Shadow Raids
One-star and three-star Shadow Raids will be available daily, while five-star Shadow Raids will take place on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise noted. Also, Shadow Cresselia will swoop into five-star Shadow Raids during Precious Paths! You may even encounter a Shiny Shadow Cresselia—if you’re lucky!
GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
Pokémon GO’s January 2026 GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe feature exclusive rewards, including an encounter with Dialga, XP and Stardust bonuses, and the return of the Lucky Trinket! Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: January on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m

GO Battle League: Precious Paths begins Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
